Hospital Specialty Accounts Manager, Oncology

Job Description

Overall Objectives

Primarily responsible for strategic growth and optimization of identified key customer and hospital accounts for all Cancer Indications

Key Responsibilities

Use in-depth knowledge of product (including competition) and use results to compare benefits to make valuable recommendations to customers and relevant stakeholders Set strategic plans, execute and manage changes to plans by consistently diagnosing gaps in business performance Independently solve problems that arise within job responsibilities and expectations Achieve set targets and be accountable for own performance Build and maintain effective long-term external relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key decision makers and influencers at a select group of major customer accounts. Provide tailored offering to accounts. Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the account’s key stakeholders to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies

Territory Assignment Details

Territory Assignment:  CEBU or DAVAO

Successful candidate must also be willing, at any point in his/her career, to manage Key Hospital Accounts in identified Strategic Territories in any location in the Philippines

Job Qualification:

Certification and training in Accounts Management and Negotiation Skills (not required but an advantage)

At least 3-5 years sales experience

Managerial competencies

Leadership capabilities

Excellent track record

Excellent Communication Skills
