Job Title: Hospital Service Technician
Job Description

The Hospital Service Technician is responsible for equipment management tasks within the hospital to keep equipment flowing efficiently throughout the hospital. The HST should be committed to continual improvement of the quality, reliability, and value of our products, as well as the efficiencies of our services. They will be expected to maintain a professional relationship with all hospital staff and other personnel and act as subject-matter experts of customer equipment.

ResponsibilitiesDeliver equipment to standby locations in patient-ready condition with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables.Confidently communicate with clinical staff on the topics of equipment features, functionality, etc.Provide a quality service, perform to quality standards, and meet both customer and company metrics.Pick up, clean, and process all equipment, preparing it for patient-ready use following all company and hospital protocols.Essential SkillsJanitorial or custodial maintenance experienceCustomer service skillsGeneral labor experienceMaintenance skillsHospital facility experienceHospitality experienceHealth care knowledgeAdditional Skills & QualificationsCustomer service experience (retail or serving experience is nice to have)Comfortable working in a hospital environmentBasic computer skills - must be able to answer service calls and document tasks digitallyMust be able to work on your feet all dayHospital EVS or janitorial experience preferredEquipment delivery and/or cleaning experience preferred6+ months professional janitorial/custodial experienceWhy Work Here?

Work Environment

Work schedule includes 1x Saturday-Tuesday (1PM-11:30PM) and 1x Sunday-Wednesday (1:30PM-midnight). Initial training for the first two weeks will be on the first shift (7AM-5:30PM).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00
