What You’ll Accomplish:
You’ll enhance patient throughput by efficiently managing care in the Medical Short Stay Unit, reducing unnecessary admissions and expediting discharges. Your clinical decisions will improve patient outcomes, addressing conditions before they require full hospitalization. Within the first 6 months, you’ll help refine care protocols to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.

You’ll apply evidence-based decision-making and medical expertise to drive patient outcomes. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll guide care protocols and ensure compassionate, high-quality care.
