Hospitality and Facilities Project Manager (Hybrid)

We're seeking someone to join our team as a Hospitality and Facilities Project Manager to manage and provide oversight of the Amenities Programs across the Americas in accordance with Morgan Stanley's global standards for hospitality and service excellence.

In the Corporate Services division, we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance the employee and client experience, while optimizing the value of our sourcing and third-party lifecycle to enable the Firm to do-and-win business. This is a Vice President position within the Amenities team, which specializes in several or all services relating to amenities, including executive dining rooms, company cafeterias, onsite fitness centers, offsite gym discounts, guest services, etc.

What you’ll do in the role:

• Support Americas Amenities Lead by managing Morgan Stanley vendors in an effective manner ensuring compliance with Morgan Stanley vendor management program, rules, guidelines, minimizing risk, protecting the firm and its franchise, and in line with the firm's commitment to Environmental standards.
• Manage the delivery of service and operational readiness for new amenity space across the Americas to meet Morgan Stanley's global standards for best-in-class services including the documentation of operating models, service levels, resource planning, marketing, and communications.
• Develop Pantry Program standard design, monitor service levels and performance in partnership with the vendor and workplace design team.
• Track and monitor KPI's, SLA's and drive vendor performance for continuous improvement.
• Develop Monthly and ad hoc Executive Summary Reports including Operational and Financial performance, KPIs and Metric for Amenity functions and locations within region.
• Collaborate with other departments in Corporate Services such as Security, Facilities, Projects, Multimedia, and Engineering and identify areas for improvement.

• Implement regional programs and initiatives across functions and service providers.
• Ensure EGS functions operate at the highest levels of client satisfaction on a consistent basis and create an exceptional workplace experience for the people of Morgan Stanley.
• Build relationships, collaborate, and strategize with service providers and internal stakeholders to create a 'best-in-class' and 'fit for purpose' environment for employees and clients.
• Develop marketing and communications for strategic initiatives and service programs in partnership with service providers and internal communications.
• Maintain an active awareness and understanding of global workplace trends, innovations, and opportunities.

• Formal qualification and B.S. degree in Business Administration
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience related to corporate amenities and working with 3rd party vendors
• Experience working with internal clients and stakeholders with an ability to communicate clearly and develop relationships with business partners
• Ability to learn and understand financials and budgets
• Candidate to possess a high level of attention to detail, the drive and determination to deliver first class services in a fast-paced environment
