We’re looking for a Hospitality Assistant to join our team. Reporting to the Executive Service Hospitality Lead, you will provide the highest standard of food, beverage and associated service to all hospitality customers and assist with the preparation, presentation, service delivery of the catering requirement of the site to the company’s standard and the client’s satisfaction.
Please note this is a full-time, fully onsite role based in our Central London office.
Role Responsibilities:
Assist with all aspects of food service, including ordering, preparation, and stock control.
Set up counters and tables prior to service time, ensuring all areas are stocked and in working order.
Support basic food preparation tasks as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas at all times.
Clean and clear food service areas after service, adhering to cleaning schedules in accordance with C.O.S.H.H regulations.
Build and enhance effective relationships with customers, team members, and external stakeholders.
Provide the highest standard of customer care, prioritizing customer satisfaction and engagement.
Address customer comments and complaints promptly, ensuring feedback is communicated to management.
Required Experience:
Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and practices.
Commitment to cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
