Our Minneapolis, MN office is seeking Hospitality Coordinators for our Connection Center located in Eagan, Minnesota.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

•    Welcome and greet attendees.

•    Facilitate a smooth and efficient registration process.

•    Address and resolve attendee questions.

•    Guide attendees throughout the Connection Center.

•    Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Connection Center.

•    Monitor and replenish supplies.

•    Coordinate and host evening event experiences.

•    Provide information about the broader campus amenities and activities.

•    Assist attendee with transportation questions. 

•    Actively collaborate with other Connection Center staff to ensure smooth operations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 

•    High school degree or equivalent required; working towards the achievement of a bachelor's degree in Hospitality preferred

•    Exemplify CLA values: curious, collaborative, transparent, inclusive, and reliable.

•    Passionate about impactful work, accountable, initiative-driven, honest, trustworthy, professional, and conscientious.

•    Interest or experience in hospitality or event operations.

•    This is on-site work with flexible hours including early mornings, nights and weekends.  

•    Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.

•    Promotes continuous improvement.

•    Strong attention to detail.

•    Willing to learn new technologies.

•    Proficient with MS Windows and Office products.

•    Reliable transportation.

The wage range for this position is: $18 – $30.

Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.
