Enthusiastic and progressive student ideally with some experience in property, hotels and/or consulting with a strong interest in the real estate side of the hospitality industry.

The role will encompass a number of areas, focusing on all aspects of hotel real estate consultancy (including feasibility studies, concept studies, valuation, operator selection, operational review and asset management) and hotel investment advisory (sale/purchase mandates and commercial due diligence). As part of the regional team you will be participating in the following tasks:

Preparation of hotel consultancy reports, including market research (market analysis, competitive analysis, supply/demand analysis, etc);Analyse historical P&L statements and prepare cash flow projections to prepare hotel valuations;Assist the team during operator selection and/or investment instructions, including preparation of marketing material (brochure), following up with hotel operators and/or investors, etc;Maintain market research and benchmarking databases.

Our workload is heavily weighted to the international 4 and 5 star hotels and is spread throughout Europe.

Knowledge & Skills: 

The selected student will most likely come from a hotel and/or real estate educational background.

Strong writing skills and ability to assimilate data into concise and erudite reportsHighly numerate and competent with Excel spreadsheet modellingStrong interpersonal skills and a team player
