Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager, Golf Services plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences within our venues. This role involves overseeing various aspects of hospitality operations, managing Golf Services staff, and maintaining high standards of service quality to enhance the overall guest experience.Base Salary: $60,000+ (position also includes industry-leading competitive bonus structure, merit plan, full benefits, 401K with company match, and Paid Time Off)Job Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the golf services team, including training and scheduling.Manage reservations, venue operations, and guest inquiries.Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and organization of retail areas.Execute events, tournaments, and promotions to enhance guest experiences.Uphold operating procedures and service and safety standards, especially guest satisfaction.Resolve guest concerns promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

Prior experience in golf course management or related hospitality/food and bev/restaurant roles.Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate staff.Exceptional customer service and communication abilities to create a welcoming environment.Proficiency in reservation software and basic computer skills.
