Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Hospitality Manager to lead our upscale dining room and retail operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest. In this role, the Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing daily service, managing private parties in our event spaces, and working alongside the team to support special events and holiday functions. This position includes responsibilities such as ordering products, maintaining inventory control, and scheduling team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Flexibility is key, as the Hospitality Manager may assist in other areas as needed to support the overall success of our hospitality services. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for creating memorable residents' experiences, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence in every detail. Key Responsibilities: + Responsible for operation of the corporate cafeteria in accordance with the approved budget while providing the Client with the maximum value for the dollars spent + Ensures that the food offered to the client, customers, and employees of the operation is of superior quality + Maintains excellent relationships with employees, guests and Client as well as other departments within the operation Preferred Qualifications: + Minimum of Associate's Degree preferred + Two to four years fine dining restaurant management experience is required + Comprehensive food and wine knowledge.
