Hospitality Manager - Bar
**Job Responsibilities** + Lead and manage a team of bar staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. + Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance bar efficiency and guest satisfaction. + Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of bar inventory, including beverages, supplies, and equipment. + Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective procurement. + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. + Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally. + Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to uphold service standards. + Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events, promotions, and special bar-related activities. **Critical Skills & Experience Requirements** + Prior experience in bar management or a related hospitality role. + Strong leadership and team management skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. + Thorough understanding of beverage operations and inventory management. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands. + Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications. + Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
