Job Title: Hospitality Office Associate

Location: Clifton Springs Hospital - Clifton, New York
Hours Per Week: Per Diem - As needed
Schedule: 6:00AM - 2:30 PM Monday - Friday
Weekend: 10:00AM - 6:30 PM Every other weekend rotation
SUMMARY:
Responsible for the functions of the diet office and hospitality services which includes the organization and input of patient/resident menus to ensure accuracy of diet orders, timeliness of meal delivery and facilitates interdepartmental coordination.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The employee must consistently demonstrate the following essential functions:
Assembly of all patient, resident and customer meals or nourishments according to menu and diet specifications while utilizing proper food handling practices in a timely and organized manner.
Perform all required duties in the facilities dish room or designated cleaning area.
Responsible for the delivery of food carts, to and from the units while maintaining excellent customer relations.
Safety Certification (i.e. ServSafe, NRFSP) obtained within 3 months of hire.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation preferred.
• Previous food service experience preferred.
