Job Description:
As a Hospitality/Office Services Specialist you will provide “White Glove” customer service to our client in areas of hospitality and office services. We are seeking a true utility type player who has some flexibility around the hours worked each day.Essential Job Responsibilities
Reception includes answering incoming telephone calls and routing to the appropriate person, will greet and announce visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Provide “White Glove” hospitality services
Set-up meeting rooms as specified
Perform walk through of floor(s) to inspect and ensure that all conference rooms and kitchens are clean, and stocked with supplies
Clean pantry and kitchen as needed
Provide support for miscellaneous requests and flex services
Utilize various software and event planning programs to meet tasks
Serve as barista (3.5 hours) for in-house common area daily
Mail Services includes metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages per schedule
Copy Services includes accurately producing copy, print and scan projects per written instructions
Qualifications & Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1-year work experience, client service-oriented preferred
Good customer service skills, including tact in handling complaints
Good verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift or move 40 lbs.
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended periods of time
Working knowledge of Microsoft, Outlook, Word, and Excel
Preferred Shift(s): 8:00am to 5:00pm or 7:00a.m to 4:00p.m as needed.
The Compensation range for this role is 16.75 to 22.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
