What will I be doing?
\n\nWe are currently seeking a Hospitality Professional – Porter to join our team! As a Hospitality Professional you will be a specialist in the Front Office department. You will also be a generalist in all entry level front of house and back of house roles.
\n\nAs a Hospitality Professional - Porter, you are working together with our Front Office team to provide an unforgettable guest experience. The team are responsible for the organization and smooth running of all processes in the hotel lobby.
\n\nSpecifically you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\n\n\tWelcome our guests on arrival and assist them throughout their stay \n\tManage guest luggage \n\tShow guests to their rooms and explain the amenities and emergency procedures\n\tPrepare the lobby information board \n\tSafety valet guest cars and drive hotel complementary shuttle service \n\tKeep up-to-date with hotel and local services and events\n\tProvide support to the Concierge as required\nWhat are we looking for?
\nWe are looking for a suitable candidate who can cover this position from July 2024 onwards. In your new role, you will be working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
\n\nA passion for contributing to and enhancing our guests experience\nPrevious customer service experience in the hotel, leisure and/or retail sector \nExcellent personal presentation \nStrong communication skills (Fluent English)\nValid driver’s license \n\n\n
