About the Roles
Are you an experienced hospitality expert looking to build a career in the hospitality industry? We are looking for passionate and experienced Supervisors to join our Villages in the Gunnedah Basin in NSW.
These DIDO position require travel to our Villages in either Boggabri or Narrabri, which are approximately a 6 hour drive from Sydney. Permanent positions are available in each village.
You will work 10.5-hour days, on a 14:7 roster (2 weeks on, 1 week off), taking pride in providing excellent service to our guests. Our villages range from 500 to 600 people, and your passion and experience in the hospitality industry will be highly regarded.

Salaries starting at $71,000 + superannuation Full time permanent roles Nightshift loadings where applicable Fortnightly pays with equalized hours – no big pay/small pay cycle! About You
To be successful, you will have:
Relevant tickets and Licenses for the position you are applying for (i.e. RSA, Forklift Ticket for facilities roles) Some Supervisory experience within a hospitality environment Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Flexibility to workday and/or night shifts as required Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including alcohol and drug screening A National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one Exceptional communication skills Excellent time management skills Remote work experience (highly regarded) Great team player with the ability to adapt and work well under pressure Current Driver’s License
