Job Summary

Our host team strives to ensure that our patrons have a memorable evening by helping them to their tables with a friendly and professional greeting. From providing compassionate and enthusiastic service over the phone to communicating guest needs to the appropriate departments, this position requires a high level of attention to detail and ability to multitask in a very high volume restaurant atmosphere. 

Responsibilities and Duties

Handle high volume seating organization and needs in a professional, guest focused mannerGreet guests as they enter the restaurantInput accurate reservations and special requests into digital reservation systemAnswer customer inquiries regarding history, policies and proceduresCommunicate messages and special request to management in a precise and clear wayHelp to clear and reset tables to seat guests in a timely fashion

Must work well with others with a friendly but professional work ethicAbility to balance timeliness and accuracy under pressureAbility to listen and communicate clearly while maintaining proper confidentialityStrong problem solving skillsMust be able to work evenings, weekends, and Holidays
