Host - Grand Club (Executive Lounge)

We are looking for an exceptional Host – Grand Club whowill provide fast, friendly and efficient personalized service to our guests throughout all stages of their stay.

In this role, you will be responsible to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel's executive floors, handling the check-in and check-out of guests and at times providing butler service for guests staying on the Grand Club level. You will also be working at the Grand Club Lounge, which is the executive lounge of the hotel, offering great food and beverage in a relaxed and exclusive setting.

Ideal candidates would have held a similar role in reputable hotels, and shall possess the following qualities:

· Diploma / Degree in Hospitality / Tourism Management or equivalent

· Possess good customer relations, communications and interpersonal skills

· Refined verbal and written communication skills

· Working knowledge of OPERA system
