Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests in accordance to the hotel’s brand standards Create a ‘wow’ stay by greeting all VIP guests, satisfying their needs and being a Hyatt ambassador to introduce all facilities and experiences Engage in heart-felt and genuine conversation and promote loyalty Achieve high level of guest satisfaction by establishing good rapport with guests, anticipating guests’ needs and providing prompt response to guests
