We are looking for an exceptionalHost – Guest Service Centerwhowill provide fast, friendly and efficient service to the guests throughout all stages of their stay.

In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating efficient communications for guests staff alike within and outside the hotel.You will be handling guests and employees inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and is expected to act proficiently in all aspects of emergency procedure and maintain professional discretion.

Ideal candidates would have held a similar role in reputable hotels, and shall possess the following qualities:

Diploma / Degree in Hospitality / Tourism Management or equivalent Possess good customer relations, communications and interpersonal skills Refined verbal and written communication skills Working knowledge of OPERA system and PABX
