Greet guests, escort them to tables, and provide menus in a timely fashionPerform proper checkout at the end of shift as outlined in side work checklistFollow all appropriate systems outlined in the Service ManualMaintain service standards set forth in the Service ManualFollows guidelines for guest recovery, as necessaryResponsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of service area and toolsMust return all items to their properly zoned locationMust use tools in the proper manner as outlined in the Service GuidelinesAttend all ongoing training sessionsAssist in the training and mentoring of new staffFollow all prescribed systems of organization and cleanlinessMaintain levels of quality and service as outlined in the service manualComplete all before, during and after shift paperworkFollow all opening and closing checklists and sideworkOther duties and responsibilities may be assigned. Qualifications and Skills
