Responsibilities: + Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements. + Handle walk-ins reservations and wait times efficiently. + Ensure the dining area is clean and presentable. + Assist with coordinating table service. + Address guest inquiries and needs promptly. + Provide a friendly and welcoming environment for guests. Requirements and Skills: + Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or dining environment. + Excellent communication and customer service skills. + Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. + Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting. + High school diploma or equivalent. Physical Demands: + Prolonged periods of standing and walking. + Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times. + Must be able to work early mornings, late nights, and unpredictable hours, including weekends and holidays.
