We’re excited to bring Emmy Squared Pizza to Short Pump — and we’re on the lookout for warm, welcoming Hosts to join our opening team!

Known for our Detroit-Style pizza, served with a side of Brooklyn Soul, Emmy Squared is a growing restaurant group with locations across multiple states and more on the way. We’ve earned loyal fans (and a few awards!) for our crispy Frico crusts, delicious burgers, and welcoming neighborhood vibe — and now, we’re ready to make our mark in the Greater Richmond area.

As a Host, you’re the first and last impression of the guest experience — setting the tone from the moment guests walk in. You’ll greet with warmth, manage the flow of the restaurant, and help ensure every visit starts and ends on a high note.

What You’ll Do:

Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality

Manage waitlists, reservations, and seating flow with care

Communicate effectively with the service team to keep things running smoothly

Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entrance area

Handle guest questions with confidence and kindness

What You Bring:

A naturally warm and engaging personality

Strong communication and organization skills

Comfort working in a fast-paced, guest-forward environment

Prior host experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person!
