Known for our Detroit-Style pizza, served with a side of Brooklyn Soul, Emmy Squared is a growing restaurant group with locations across multiple states and more on the way. We’ve earned loyal fans (and a few awards!) for our crispy Frico crusts, delicious burgers, and welcoming neighborhood vibe — and now, we’re ready to make our mark in the Greater Richmond area. As a Host, you’re the first and last impression of the guest experience — setting the tone from the moment guests walk in. You’ll greet with warmth, manage the flow of the restaurant, and help ensure every visit starts and ends on a high note. What You’ll Do: + Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality + Manage waitlists, reservations, and seating flow with care + Communicate effectively with the service team to keep things running smoothly + Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entrance area + Handle guest questions with confidence and kindness What You Bring: + A naturally warm and engaging personality + Strong communication and organization skills + Comfort working in a fast-paced, guest-forward environment + Prior host experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person!
