The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
· Provide friendly, fast, and helpful service to all guests and team members.
· Follow standards of neatness and cleanliness for the shop in order to maintain guest appeal
· Know features and benefits of merchandise in the retail shop and be familiar with merchandise offerings
· Follow policies and procedures that affect inventory control
· Maintain product knowledge of gaming facility events, activities, and amenities around the facility to ensure personalized guest services
· Be available to support, cover breaks or PTO for all Host positions in the Resort after training for Host positions.
· Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the Jamul Casino guest Service Program
· Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessary

Team members must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
· Ability to earn and maintain Gaming License.
· Ability to earn and maintain TiPS certification.
· Ability to earn and maintain RBS certification within 30 days of employment.
