Hosted Service Delivery Specialist – Sales Support

Your knowledge, expertise and distinct skillsets will play a vital role in driving the organization’s growth. **Your Role** Responsible for supporting Sea BU sales team with corelog administration and DQ follow up. Lead generation and account allocation. **Your Responsibilities** · To own, monitor + drive all sales activities utilising the corelog platfrom and sales reporting · Review and send out reporting to National and local team to drive sales · Monthly = Pipeline Report, ROI reporting, Performance V Target. SIP reporting · Weekly and Monthly = Pipeline with status, quote timeline, volume opportunity, length of time opportunity within the pipeline · Support sales with first level appointment set up and admin · Creation lead generation with tele sales support and account creation and allocation · Removal of poor data quality in corelog system supporting clear data accuracy in CRM · Expected to provide 5 new opportunities per month per sales rep. · Generation of tender documentation and completion of tender submissions ( large tender) **Your Skills and Experiences** Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, or a similar role. Proficiency in using sales reporting tools and platforms (e.g., corelog) Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications and CRM Tools for data analysis and reporting. Experience in creating and managing sales reports, including pipeline reports, ROI reporting, and performance tracking. Experience working collaboratively with sales teams and other departments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
