Education: - High school graduated - FandB related certificate is an added advantage Experience: - 1 year at a 5-star hotel or reputable restaurant - Frontline customer service experience in airlines, retail, concierge is an added advantage Knowledge and Skills: - Basic FandB product and service knowledge - Advance customer service skills - Computer literate Others: - Fluent with Cantonese or Mandarin and English, both written and spoken - Able to walk and stand continuous for extended amount of time - Team player
