Job Purpose: Ensure guests receive courteous and efficient five-star service. Greet guests, increase customer numbers, make reservations and arrange table plans, and promote the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
• Schedule reservations in a clear and organised manner
• Approach resort guests and encourage customers to dine at the restaurant
• Be familiar with table numbers, table locations, and seating capacity of each table
• Manage the number of guest bookings and walk-ins and distribute guests evenly among tables to avoid overcrowding any section
• Clean and tidy the reception area and office
• Clean and setup tables before guests are seated
• Keep menus and beverage lists in good condition
• Know and understand drink lists and menu items, make recommendations, and upsell alternatives
• Know and understand all the resort’s facilities and services
• Assist in the operations as required
• Assist and perform duties assigned by the Team Leader

Competencies and Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 1 year related customer service experience in a 4-5 star hotel or restaurant
Knowledge/Certificates: N/A
Education: Secondary school diploma or above
Language Abilities: Fluent spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Computer Skills: Knowledge of RESPAK an advantage
