THE JOB:

As a Hostperson at TAP Sports Bar, you'll be the face of our restaurant, greeting guests with a warm smile and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your vibrant personality will be key in fostering a friendly and enjoyable dining experience. In addition to providing exceptional hospitality, you'll also be responsible for maintaining the restaurant's cleanliness, organization, and ensuring that adequate supplies are always on hand. Your efforts will contribute to a memorable WOW dining experience that leaves a lasting impression on our guests.

STARTING RATE: $21.9701 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Collaborate with the reservations team to ensure that special orders and guest requests are communicated effectively to management.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of daily operations, in-house groups, table setups, and restaurant details to provide accurate information to guests.

Greet guests promptly and warmly upon their arrival, creating a positive first impression.

Handle incoming calls, maintain accurate reservation counts, and efficiently manage the reservation book.

Verify that menus are current and replace any damaged ones promptly.

Communicate guest needs and preferences to the kitchen and management and offer feedback on guest experiences to help improve service quality.

Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in assigned work areas to create a pleasant and hygienic atmosphere for guests.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Work Schedule: Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Exceptional Customer Service: A track record of providing exceptional customer service, with a focus on creating memorable and personalized experiences for guests.

Reservation Management: Strong knowledge of reservation systems and procedures, including the ability to efficiently manage reservations, handle inquiries, and accommodate guest requests.

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and service.

Team Player: A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work well with others to achieve common goals.
