Hot Line Program Director
$750 sign on bonus Supervisor position with our Domestic Violence Hotline program has just opened up! Great opportunity for an individual who wants to not only support victims of domestic violence but also seeks a supervisor position! Responsibilities: Oversee staff working with the PREA Hotline and NYS Domestic & Sexual Violence Hotline. Provide direct service to callers. Assist victims seeking information with connection to supports and resources. Provide emotional support and crisis intervention. Provide linkages and referrals to supportive services. Complete contract and/or regulatory compliance activities. Promote a work culture of inclusion and belonging. Requirements: Two years of experience working with victims of domestic violence or similar populations and/or Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Clean and valid NYS driver license. Reliable transportation . Ability to work as a team and independently.
