Hotel Account Revenue Analyst

The Role:

This role will require high engagement, passion, and curiosity for what you do for the highest chance of success. You will need the ability to learn new systems quickly and have the aptitude to jump right in to diagnose customer usage, performance, and platform adoption. Analytical skills and hospitality systems knowledge are critical to the role as you will be responsible to review customers in your region and proactively manage them to keep them engaged. As an Account Revenue Analyst, you still strategically engage/be a liaison with management companies allowing to foster partnerships and implement revenue enhancement strategies on a top to bottom approach.

 

Duties:

Develop and maintain relationships with customers within your region from acquisition and onward. Analyze current results, present findings, and create solutions to advise your customers accordingly Create presentations for a variety of internal and external audiences Tactical ability for executing changes to all systems Handle day to day requests as needed
