Hotel Assessor (Independent Contractor)
Location: Budapest, Hungary

We are looking for professionals to provide customized, comprehensive on-site evaluations and training to help our clients maintain the highest standards in cleanliness, guest experience and brand protection. As a hotel assessor, you will visit hotels and assess their brand requirements, cleanliness, condition, and overall experience. Your knowledge and feedback help hotels improve and ensures exceptional service for guests. It’s an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy travel, independence, and making a difference!
Our Hotel Assessors are worldwide-based, and we are currently recruiting individuals based in Europe for our growing activity. You will receive specialized training to evaluate product quality, service, cleanliness, and condition standards.
Responsibilities:
- Attention to Detail: Meticulously evaluate hotel aspects, from room cleanliness to staff interactions.
- Accurate Assessments: Develop detailed and consistent evaluations and concise written reports in English.
- Timeliness: Meet assessment deadlines efficiently.
- Client Relations: Build positive relationships with property executives.
- Adaptability: Navigate diverse hotel environments and client expectations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Years of hotel experience in a management role.
- Analytical Skills: Synthesize data effectively.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English (additional languages a plus).
- Independence: Work autonomously, meeting strict deadlines, stress resistant.
- Cultural Awareness: Thrive in diverse environments and demonstrate cultural sensitivity.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Valid Passport and License: Required for EMEA travel.
- Time Commitment: Willing to travel. Available to work from Monday to Friday, 3-4 weeks per month.
- Flexibility: Being ready to travel and work in challenging situations.
This position will partner with Ecolab on an independent consulting basis
