The opportunityDelaware North Gaming is hiring a Hotel Director to join our team at Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. As a Hotel Director, you will oversee the operations of all departments at Mardi Gras Casino and serve as a key decision maker and strategic business leader. You will lead by example and ensure guests consistently receive the highest level of service during their stay.
PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $84,200 – $113,700 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
