This is where YOU fit in: Moffett Field Navy Lodge is in need of a Guest Services Representative Supervisor to answer the call; a team player who is dedicated to supporting our local Naval community, and operational successes on a day to day basis. Your work will make an impact and support how our organization serves the best customer – our Military patrons and their families.

So, what does a typical day look like? What does it take to succeed?

o Provide excellent customer service to our valued and honored guests.

o Communicates with Navy Lodge personnel and chain of command.

o Creates schedules, assigns work tasks and oversees Guest Service Representatives.

o Trains associates on Navy Lodge systems and standards of operating procedures.

o Assists with recruitment efforts, such as creating job posts and conducting interviews.

o Follows all local safety regulations. Informs supervisor of hazardous conditions.

o Reconciles daily transactions of all accounts ensuring complete reconciliation of balances.

The Qualifiers:

o 2 years of experience in administrative, professional, investigative or other responsible work.

ü May substituted 1 year of academic study above the high school level successfully complete in a hotel/lodging/hospitality school.

o Must possess the knowledge and skills necessary to perform job duties.

o Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
