A solid understanding of body corporate processes, governance, and regulations is essential for managing both the operational and compliance aspects of the property. About the role:
Manage the day-to-day profitability, presentation, and operation of the entire propertyManage financial forecasting, rostering, and implementing promotions to increase salesDevelop and manage the property team to reach their highest potentialResponsible for making strategic decisions relating to increasing RevPAR for the company through collating and analyzing data as requiredLiaise with owners regularly, addressing any body corporate queries, ensuring smooth communication, and effectively managing any issues or concerns that may arise within the property governance framework.QualificationsTo be successful you will require the following experience:
Tertiary qualification in Hospitality/ Business ManagementA strong understanding and proven experience in handling body corporate matters within a hotel environment (essential), ensuring compliance, effective communication with owners, and managing any related queries or concerns.Demonstrated strategic and operational leadership experience, with the ability to drive a culture of accountability and promote staff engagementA proven track record of maintaining excellent product and service standards whilst maximising revenue and minimising expensesDemonstrated ability to develop and maintain solid working relationships with guests, owners and staffExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsDemonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learningAbility to build, maintain and seek new opportunities / partnerships within the local marketA positive and energetic attitudeAn infectious passion for delivering a memorable guest experience and creating loyalty of guestsAdditional InformationJoin our positive and vibrant team and be rewarded with these team benefits:
