We need an experienced Hotel Sales Manager who can prepare for the opening in the heart of Manchester. Building relationships and working as part of the company senior management and Hiltons Commercial teams in the preparations for opening. Initially we are looking to support the sister hotel Spark by Hilton in Romford. As a new brand it is little known in the market, raising awareness and identifying opportunities, networking across all segments and proactively target corporate and leisure segments.

A professional experienced hotel sales manager with personality to work in this vibrant cityProven success in hotel sales roles, across all segments within a branded environment.Knowledge and experience working in Manchester and the surrounding area.Experience with Hilton’s Sales structure and operating systems would be an advantage.Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
We require: -
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.The ability to develop, manage and maintain a proactive sales solicitation program.Manage annual sales plan activity with measurable targets to achieve budgeted revenues in segments of responsibilityComplete and keep updated, accurate Account Development Plan, complete monthly reportsCarry out market penetration strategies with existing accounts to develop and further improve upon to a quantifiable targetDevelop and maintain relationships with key clients, industry partners and stakeholdersResearch new and regularly contact existing accounts and contacts to drive business,Travel to support both properties at trade shows, fam trips.Take an active role in the development and management of the sales strategy, contribute to forecasting and budgeting process.Assist in the training and development of the team in ensuring sales leads are captured, quantified and actioned
