Job Duties
Ensures that service and operational standards of the department are being met. Maintains administrative control of the department to ensure that all tasks contingent to the success of the operations are completed within the company standards. Oversees the day to day operations of Front Office and Guest Services including supervision of direct reports. Regular attendance for scheduled work required. Ensures direct reports carry out Family Style Service at all times. May perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
College degree or equivalent experience preferred. Three years experience within hotel operations. Must have excellent communication skills. Required to perform the customer service standards of the department Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act respective to cashiering regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies and procedures.
