What You Bring with You (Qualifications):

Key responsibilities include:Screen resumes and conduct phone screens of candidates Schedule/coordinate onsite interviews and facilitate onsite candidate tours as needed. Manage job requisitions and candidate applications within HR recruiting systemManage job offers and pre-employment screening process, Primary contact for pre-employment screeningSchedule new hires for orientationFacilitate orientation sessions.Manage communication with leaders and HR on all aspects of the hiring process.Facilitate post-employment onboarding requirements (I-9 E-Verify, tax credit questionnaire etc).Coordinate and attend internal/external hiring events as neededPrevious warehouse experience is preferredMust be available to work overtime as required during holidays and heavy peak timesAbility and willingness to work in a temperature-controlled environmentAccuracy and detail-orientedMicrosoft Office experience, including Word and Excel
