Merakey is seeking a House Manager to join our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services (IDD) division in Chester County location.

 

Earn: $19.00/hour + Enhanced Pay Eligible (Additional $2.00/hour)

 

POSITION OVERVIEW

Position directs and supervises the daily operations for assigned home(s) and people living in these home(s). Supervises Direct Support Professionals Ensures homes are adequately staffed at all times Handles Requests for time off and e-time card approval Coordinates and attends all medical appointments for assigned home(s) Ensures assigned home(s) are in compliance with the 6400 regulations Completes Corrective Actions as needed On-call Maintains Personal needs and accountability and works with Client Funds to ensure all remain compliant with waiver requirements. Works with recruiter to fill all vacant positions Acts as liaison in conjunction with the program specialist to outside entities including programs, behavior specialist, job coaches, etc. Conducts house meetings and fire drills Completes other duties as assigned Proficient Computer Skills (Microsoft 365 or later) Knowledge of 6400 regulations Proficient in scheduling staff
