The House manager cannot leave the building during their tour of duty. The Residents must be monitored 24 hours a day 365 days per year. responsibilities and Duties: + The House Manager is responsible for maintaining a structured and safe environment during the overnight hours, weekends, and holidays. + Provide crisis intervention and brief counseling services (if needed) for residents enrolled in Brownsville Community Residential Center (BCRC). + Document all pertinent activities in the communication logbook during his/her tour of duty. + Every hour the part-time House Manager must tour the entire facility. + The House Manager is responsible for always carrying a Narcan Kit. + Breathalyze or obtain a urinalysis from Residents when suspected a Resident has relapsed. + Must effectively communicate with Program Director or Assistant Program Director when needed.
