Responsibilities The House Person is primarily responsible for various housekeeping duties as well as processing special requests. This will include cleaning Public Areas (removing trash/recycling, cleaning bathrooms, etc.), the pick up and delivery of clean and dirty linen bins from the locker rooms, pools, guest room areas, and the Life Enhancement Center, and delivering the linen bins and amenities to Housekeeping storerooms. $15.00 hourly pay. Schedule (Days & Hours worked): days, variable Flexible days off, shift is 7:00am-3:30pm We offer comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans; a total of 25 paid days off per year; free health club membership with access to 60 fitness classes, a variety of lectures and workshops, and 60% off services. Qualifications You will need to be able to speak, read and write in English in order to utilize our electronic system and respond to various guest requests. You also need to have a clean driving record with no moving violations for the past 3 years. It is preferred that you have experience in housekeeping or custodial work. To be successful, you need to be able to physically maintain the cleanliness of public buildings that vary in size from 500 square feet to 7000 square feet. This includes lifting items such as tables, chairs, beds, etc., removal of soiled linen bags that weigh up to 30 pounds, pushing and pulling linen carts that weigh up to 120 pounds, handling waste such as garbage and recycling, using chemicals, bending, lifting and walking and/or standing for up to eight hours with a 30-minute break. You need to be able to prioritize workload and adhere to assigned schedule, and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment. You need to be able to work well with a variety of people. #LI-KK1
