Your leadership will be critical in assessing resource needs, maintaining compliance with policies and procedures, and providing guidance to clinical teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. **Key Responsibilities** + Supervise and coordinate nursing personnel across patient care units to ensure smooth hospital operations. + Assess and allocate resources as needed to maintain optimal patient care. + Oversee patient care delivery, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and regulatory standards. + Monitor and document staffing levels, addressing any gaps or issues in real time. + Provide input on employee performance, coaching and supporting staff development. + Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care. + Step in as needed to provide direct patient care and support critical patient situations.
