**Responsibilities**
Embark on a unique and rewarding journey with us as we seek a House Supervisor to oversee our East Valley Float Pool. As a vital member of our Float Pool team, which floats between Chandler Regional and Mercy Gilbert Medical Centers, your clinical expertise will be instrumental in providing exceptional patient care across multiple units.
You’ll build trust in these interactions by presenting a positive attitude and by being reliable. Your success in this role comes from your knowledge to provide care to various disease processes in a variety of situations ranging from minor to critical. Rest assured, we have a robust support system in place, including team meetings, and a culture of open communication.
+ Organizes and oversees patient care delivery during an assigned shift. Monitors and assesses current environment for smooth hospital operations.
+ Assesses and allocates resources as needed. Provides input to employee performance. Assists in the coaching of staff members.
+ Documents daily staffing and administrative records and maintains compliance with governmental policies and procedures. Presents documentation to senior staff.
+ Provides nursing care to patients on an as needed basis. Maintains communication to patient and family members regarding care needed.
**Qualifications**
**Education and Experience:**
+ Three (3) years experience as a clinical manager demonstrating administrative, supervisory, and teaching abilities
+ Two (2) years of critical care or ED experience
+ Associate Degree in Nursing
**Licensure:**
+ AZ RN
+ American Heart Association certifications
+ ACLS
+ BLS
+ PALS
**Pay Range**
$54.61 - $54.61 /hour
