Job Summary:
I am working on behalf of a wonderful family looking for a part-time housekeeper to support with the care of their 4-floor townhouse.

The family has children (aged 9 and 11) and needs a housekeeper who is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys maintaining a well-organized home.

The ideal candidate will have experience in housekeeping, be confident in all areas, and able to lend a hand with some meal preparation.

Job Specification:
• All general housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning across four floors
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in 2 WCs and 3 bathrooms (including care of marble surfaces)
• Manage laundry, ironing (including delicate fabrics), and linen cupboard organization
• Assist with dinner preparation and meal support
• Run errands for the family such as grocery shopping or picking up items as needed
• Help with family events i.e. coffee mornings
• Work independently while maintaining excellent standards and attention to detail

Candidate Specification:
• Experience in a similar housekeeping role
• Energetic and active

Strong attention to detail, especially when handling delicate fabrics or luxury items
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Must be child-friendly and comfortable working around children
• Reliable, organized, and efficient in all housekeeping duties
• Comfortable running errands for the family and confident cooking
• Must have a flexible and team-oriented approach, able to “muck in” with all tasks
• DBS issued in the last year OR on the update service
