As a PARC Housekeeper, you are a caretaker of this vision – responsible for cleaning resident suites and common areas to create a safe, tidy and pleasant environment for residents. This includes: + Cleaning and sanitizing suites, bathrooms, kitchens, floors and common areas according to a pre-set schedule. + Performing laundry services for residents as needed. + Identifying, reporting and logging potential maintenance issues to management. + Maintaining the housekeeping room, equipment and carts in safe and sanitary condition. + Replenishing housekeeping carts and managing cleaning chemicals safely.
