Housekeeper

SUMMARY: Responsible for cleaning offices, and lavatories/bathrooms according to a housekeeping schedule.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following, as well as performance of other work related duties as assigned:

Performs general cleaning and sanitizing tasks and services throughout assigned property. Uses cleaning cart to transport cleaning supplies. Cleans and disinfects bathrooms. Cleans and disinfects dining areas and break room Cleans and disinfects office spaces Cleans and disinfects common areas Wipes and dusts surfaces in rooms and cleans mirrors. Vacuums and cleans floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes. Stocks appropriate supplies in bathrooms. Picks up and empties trash containers. Notifies maintenance if something is not working properly. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. Inventory stock to ensure that supplies and equipment are available in adequate amounts. Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using appropriate cleaning supplies, sponges, or squeegees Performs other related duties as assigned.
