Description: ATCO Frontec is seeking a Housekeeper to support our remote camp in Menihek, NL.  The Housekeeper is responsible to maintain cleanliness and hygienic conditions within the camp.

Rotation:  

14 hour shifts   Rotation is 14 days on and 14 days off  Travel days are not paid 

Responsibilities:  

Maintain clean and hygienic conditions of the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen units.   Make beds, changes sheets, distributes clean towels and toiletries   Wash, dry, and fold linens and towels Assist in laundry as needed   Dust and vacuum all furniture and draperies Sweep, mop, wash, wax and polish floors Pick up debris and empty trash containers   Wash windows, walls, and ceilings Ensure adherence to all government regulations as well as ATCO Frontec Health and Safety, policies and procedures Ability to lift 25+ lbs Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:  

Experience in a remote camp environment is an asset   1 or more years of housekeeping experience in the camp or hotel industry is considered an asset   Good organizational skills   Ability to multitask   Excellent people skills   Clear and effective oral and written communication skills   Ability to prioritize and manage time in a fast-paced environment 

Final candidates will be required to undergo a criminal record check, drug and alcohol test.
