We are looking for a Housekeeper to join our Classic 55+ independent Senior Living cooperative community. in Altoona, Iowa! This position provides a clean, safe and pleasant environment for tenants, staff and visitors. This environmental services schedule includes;

Responsibilities/Job Description Cleans common areas of community as assignedPerforms job duties safely, using correct body mechanics and personal protective equipmentMaintains cleaning equipment and suppliesEnsures timely and efficient turnover of apartmentsParticipates actively in team meetings, reports on current state in the Community, providing feedback on housekeeping-related items as they arisePromotes a safe environment for staff, tenants and visitorsPerforms other duties as assigned and directed Qualifications Ability to work independently, show attention to detail, multi-task and maintain confidentialityPrevious experience, especially in a similar environment preferred but not requiredHigh school Diploma/GED preferredAbility to utilize software programs in order to complete work functions

Experience utilizing software programs such as Educare or TELS in order to complete necessary job functions
