Housekeeping Attendants are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and disinfection of corporate office building(s), both inside and outside, while maintaining a high level of customer service. This is done using a variety of cleaning equipment, utilizing a broad selection of cleaning solutions and floor-care products, and following specific instructions covering proper mixing.

Housekeeping Attendants may be scheduled to work AM or PM shifts.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Follow safety protocols, including wearing proper PPE such as designated gloves, face masks, and gogglesHandle various cleaning solvents and chemicalsWash, clean, sanitize, and disinfect offices, hallway, break area(s), equipment, shelves, and furnishingsOperate mechanized cleaning equipment, including vacuumsDust desks, furniture, light fixtures, shelves, window sills, etc.Clean up human waste and other bodily fluids safely, as requiredEmpty trashcans & dispose of trash and wasteWet-mop floors in areas such as office spaces, breakrooms, and bathroomsFacilitate ad hoc requests for special cleanings, including mopping up spillsFollow towel protocols:Red – countertops, desks, furniture, light fixtures, shelves, windowsills, etc.Black – floorBlue - stainless steelYellow – bathroom counters and fixturesPaper – bathroom floors, toilets, and urinalsBlue Microfiber Pad – bathroom floors at 330 onlyReport any needed repairs immediately to supervisor, including leaky faucets, running toilets, loose tiles, broken windowpanes, etc.Complete scheduled deep cleaning initiativesRotate and supplement stock as necessaryOther duties as assigned by management

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalentPrevious similar experience preferredServSafe certification

The pay for this position is $25-$27/hr.
