Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Housekeeper to join our team full-time and year-round. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of employee housing units and common areas, ensuring a welcoming and sanitary environment. This role includes deep cleaning of housing units, daily cleaning of shared spaces, and assisting with other housekeeping tasks as needed.

Job Responsibilities:
Perform deep cleaning of employee housing units, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces, on a regular schedule or as needed for turnover. Clean and maintain common areas, including lounges, hallways, laundry facilities, and shared kitchens. Restock cleaning supplies and report inventory needs to the supervisor. Inspect units and shared spaces for maintenance needs and report issues promptly. Adhere to established cleaning protocols and health standards. Assist with special projects, seasonal deep cleaning, or organizational tasks as assigned. Provide support for new employee move-ins or unit setups. Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Colorado driver’s license Requires a minimum of 1 year in a similar position; Proven experience in housekeeping, custodial, or a similar role. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Dependable and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Basic email, web browser, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel Ability to read, write and speak EnglishMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
The expected pay range is $20.00 - $22.48. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
