Housekeeper required for a Large private residence, based in Zurich, Switzerland.

A UHNW couple have a 5-bedroom house based in the heart of Zurich, Switzerland. The couple travel extensively so the residence is only a part-time home. 4 of the bedrooms are rarely used so even though a large house, not difficult to keep in good condition as only one part of the house is utilised.

Duties

Monday to Friday typically, hours will never exceed 50hrs per week, closer to 35/40hrd per week

Expert laundry skills are the most desired requirement, the principals have lots of fine fabrics and wardrobe that needs care and experience with handling such garments

Housekeeping – One Bedroom and 2 bathrooms, mostly occupied and will need maintaining, potentially more for guest which is rare.

Hospitality, the client is ideally seeking someone with a “super yacht” type attitude to service, happy, friendly, and flexible.

Be a main contact for the property

Liaise with 3rd party vendors and assist with renovations

To be considered

The ideal is for someone living in or around the Zurich area, however there is an option for live-in either permanently or when the principals are in residence, if they live further afield and wish to keep a residence elsewhere

Must Have an EU passport, ideally a current Swiss work permit

Ideally Speak German, Basic upwards, English a must

Must have excellent, verbally verifiable recent references

A recent (within a year) criminal background check (or willingness to obtain one)

Must be a Driver

At least 2-3 years + experience as a HNW/UHNW Housekeeper

Salary circa 75,000 to 80,000 CHF Gross per annum

Potential for travel in the long term, client has residences in London, Dubai & Singapore
