Housekeeper Live-in or Live-out, Amsterdam (centre), Netherlands opportunity

A returning client of Greycoat Lumleys is seeking a Housekeeper to assist with maintaining a very high level of cleanliness for this full-time residence in the heart of Amsterdam. The environment is vert positive, low drama and the ideal would be a housekeeper who can really fit in with the family, take part in activities and be an essential part of the family. 

Details:

The home consists of the female principal, her husband, 2 children, a Labradoodle & one cat

They have had a long term employee with them for many years, although she is moving to a different country

The main duty is dusting as the young boy has serious allergies to dust and Asthma 

The home is a typical Dutch Townhouse with 4 bedrooms 

Help with food prep although no real cooking ]

Take part in fun activities with the children 

To be considered 

Must have an EU (non uk) passport, please be respectful that this is not negotiable 

We ideally wish to seek those living in Amsterdam, although accommodation is provided for those coming from Europe

It is essential that you have a background in PRIVATE household housekeeping, with verifiable references 

Must be happy to assist with the children on occasion and be dog and cat friendly 

Driving an advantage although not essential 

Must be fluent in English 

Must be emotionally intelligent and be someone who likes to get involved with the family 

Benefits

Options open on accommodation, there is fully self contained dwelling home in the Garden, with access only through the house

Open to candidates taking the live-in option during probation and happy for them to seek their own accommodation elsewhere if they wish 

Open to live-out candidates 

5 days a week, typically 8hrs per day

Salary of circa €3,000 to €3,500 net per month
